General guideline (adult ke liye):
Fasting (khali pet): 70–99 mg/dL
Khane ke 2 ghante baad: 140 mg/dL se kam
Random sugar: 200 mg/dL se kam
Agar fasting 126 mg/dL se zyada aaye to diabetes ka risk ho sakta hai.
